“When Kelda was on ACLU of Wisconsin Board, I was a youth organizer. Kelda identifies with young people who want to improve their communities because she was one. Today I work in the youth justice system. Kelda has the experience and proven commitment to enact policies that will increase community safety by meeting the needs of children early in life.”
“Kelda’s experience as an entrepreneur, combined with her previous legislative experience, make her the perfect candidate to lead us through the next wave of economic transformation. Her empathy for the diverse populations and competing interests of our state, along with her tremendous persistence and get-it-done mindset is exactly what we need from our state’s leaders. We passionately support Kelda.”
“I interned for Kelda at NARAL Pro-Choice Wisconsin, where I watched her advocate tirelessly for the Compassionate Care for Rape Victims bill. No one was more passionate, or willing to speak to people of varying ideologies, than Kelda. I will never forget the day we realized the bill was going to pass, in no small part due to Kelda’s persistence in speaking to people who had long been dismissed as hard “no’s.”
No one would do a better job for the people of Wisconsin than this incredible woman.”
“Kelda knows that our public schools are the bedrock of our communities, and that investing is how we build a better future for Wisconsin. Kelda also understands how our student loan debt affects every financial decision we make. I’m supporting Kelda because she supports public schools and reducing student loan debt.“
“I am endorsing Kelda because I am excited to see a strong woman running who has the vision and energy to win a tough campaign. In the Senate, Kelda will once again make Wisconsin a leader in education, the environment, and quality of life for every single person.”
